摘要 当今,社会网络学习已经成为人们获取知识的主要方式之一,而诸如学习者之间缺乏交流互动、没有有效的网络学习平台、得不到指导者的帮助等问题已经成为影响网络学习效果的主要障碍。本文通过对网络学习者的调查研究,归纳了网络学习障碍的表现,并从社会认知角度分析,认为个体认知、行为、外部环境三者的矛盾是产生网络学习障碍的主要原因,最后提出了从增强在线交互和学习凝聚力、提升网络课程质量、利用QQ群及博客圈建立学习共同体等对策。 Now e-Learning has already become one of the primary means of access to knowledge, but the barriers of e- Learning such as lack of interaction between learners, effective e-learning platform, and help of instructors directly influence learner's study effect. Summarizing learning barriers through network learner's investigation we found why the barriers of e- Learning emerge from the social cognitive perspective. Conclusion is that the contradiction among their own behavior, cognitive level, and the external environment is the main reason for barriers of network learning. Finally we advise against the barriers of e-Learning,by means of enhancing online interaction and learning cohesion, improving the quality of network courses, building learning community by QQ group and blog.
