摘要
目的探讨甲状腺疾病再手术的相关因素和预防措施。方法回顾性分析我院甲状腺外科2009年9月至2010年5月74例甲状腺疾病再手术患者的临床资料。结果首次手术术前诊断不明确，手术方式选择不当及切除范围不够是造成甲状腺疾病再次手术治疗的主要原因。结论正确诊断，合理选择术式是避免甲状腺疾病再手术的主要措施。
Objective To investigate the related factors and prevention measures of reoperative thyroid disease. Methods The clinical datas of 74 cases of reoperative thyroid disease from September 2009 to May 2010 at the department of thyroid surgery of our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Re- suits Ambiguous preoperative diagnosis, improper surgical method and resection extent in the first surgi- cal operation were main reasons for reoperative thyroid disease. Conclusions Correct diagnosis and proper surgical method are main measures to avoid reoperative thyroid disease.
