利用土地区位理论和地租理论,建立了商业用地土地收益测算的指数模型,并利用指数模型测算商业用地的基准地价.
The paper established exponential function model of caculating differential land rent of business landed property on the basis of land rent theory and location theory. And appraised dadum land price of business landed property with exponential function model.
