摘要
用不同浓度的CoCl2、HgCl2、CuSO4、Pb(AC)2处理小麦,研究了重金属胁迫对小麦生长和金属硫蛋白同源性的影响。结果表明:重金属胁迫24h后,小麦叶片即出现伤害症状。不同重金属胁迫小麦产生的金属硫蛋白具有广泛的同源性,对金属硫蛋白的诱导强度也不同。
Growth and metallothionein(MT)homolog of wheat were investigated with different heavy metal concentrations of CoCl2,HgCl2,CuSO4 and Pb(AC)2 stress.The results showed that leaves of wheat had injury symptom when wheat seedlings were treated with different heavy metal after 24h.Wheat MT induced by different heavy metal had wide homolog.The type and concentration of heavy metal affected on MT contents of wheat.
