摘要
为了制取极低粒径纳米白炭黑以满足工业应用的要求,采用沉淀法,以稻壳灰为原料,研究白炭黑生成过程中水玻璃浓度和10%硫酸溶液的滴加速度对白炭黑粒径的影响。结果表明,水玻璃浓度为11.8%,10%硫酸溶液滴加速度为14.5mL/min时,产品的粒径为30nm,达到纳米尺寸;红外分析和X射线衍射分析表明,产品为白炭黑;透射电镜分析表明,产品呈颗粒状的单层排列,因而具有较好的分散性。
A new preparation method of smaller size nano-silica by precipitating from rice hull ash was provided.The effects of the concentration of the sodium silicate solution and the adding speed of the 10% H2SO4 solution on the size of the nano-silica have been investigated.Nano-silica was characterized by Fourier transform infrared reflection,X-ray diffraction and Transmission electron microscopy image.The results showed that the nano-silica arranged as uniform particles with an average size of 30nm,so it had good dispersity.
