响应曲面法优化L-组氨酸锌螯合物的合成工艺 被引量:1

摘要 以L-组氨酸与硝酸锌为原料制备L-组氨酸锌螯合物,在单因素实验的基础上,运用响应曲面法对L-组氨酸锌螯合工艺条件进行优化,结果表明:最佳螯合条件:反应温度为50℃,pH为5,L-组氨酸∶Zn(NO3)2·6H2O为2∶1。在此条件下螯合率理论值为93.22%,验证实际螯合率为93.19%。通过比较螯合反应前后的红外光谱图证明了组氨酸锌螯合物的形成。 The reaction conditions of producing the chelate of L-histidine with Zinc from L-histidine and Zn(NO3)2·6H2O were studied.Based on the single factor experiments,the response surface methodology(RSM)was used to determine the optimum chelation conditions for chelation ratio.It was found that under the conditions of water-bath temperature 50℃,pH 5.0,n(L-histidine)∶n(Zn(NO3)2·6H2O)=2∶1.The theoretical chelation ratio was 93.22% and the practical chelation ratio was 93.19%.Also the product was analyzed and confirmed with IR spectroscopic methods.
