随着经济的发展,人们的生活水平越来越高,健康和安全意识也逐步提高,建立农产品质量追溯制度和农产品质量追溯体系已成为当今世界的普遍要求和必然趋势。以新鲜水果为研究对象,通过对新鲜水果生产工艺流程进行分析,利用信息系统技术,构建了新鲜水果质量安全可追溯系统,建立完善的产品质量追溯管理制度,实现水果生产企业的安全生产管理,并为消费者提供质量追溯查询信息,建立了一条不耐贮藏的亚热带水果质量追溯管理模式。

As the economy develops and people’s living standards rises,the health and safety awareness is also gradually improved.It has become the inevitable trend and the common demands in today’s world to establish the agricultural product quality traceability system.By analyzing the production process of fresh fruit and using the information systems technology,the project has built a quality and safety traceability system of fresh fruit and achieved the safety production management of fresh fruit production enterprises,and provided consumers with information on the quality of retrospective inquiries.Also,an available quality traceability management mode for intolerant storage sub-tropical fruit was provided.
