摘要 目的:建立一个高效液相色谱法测定牛奶中马尿酸和肌酐含量的方法。方法:对牛奶、牛尿以及混入牛尿的牛奶中的马尿酸、肌酐含量进行测定、分析和比较。结果:牛尿中马尿酸、肌酐含量均为牛奶中马尿酸、肌酐含量的20倍以上,其中尤以马尿酸的倍数为大,达到317倍。牛奶中混入1%的牛尿,马尿酸含量即可达牛奶中马尿酸含量平均值的4.16倍,而混入8%比例牛尿后的肌酐含量也已达牛奶中肌酐含量平均值的2.65倍。结论:为控制和排除含有较高马尿酸、肌酐的牛奶流入市场提供了科学的方法和依据。 Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HLPC)method for determination of hippuric acid and creatinine in milk.Methods:The content of hippuric acid and creatinine were analyzed and compared between milk,cow urine and the milk mixed with cow urine.Results:The hippuric acid and creatinine in the cow urine were 20 times higher than in the milk,especially that of hippuric acid,which was 317 times.The content of hippuric acid in the milk mixed with 1% cow urine was 4.16 times more than that in milk.When the milk mixed with 8% cow urine,the creatinine could reach 2.65 times.Conclusion:By means of detecting,analysing and comparing the content of hippuric acid and creatinine in milk,an effective scientific detection for controlling and precluding high hippuric acid and creatinine content milk inflowing market was made.
