基于网络数据库检索的重要病原微生物文献计量学分析

Statistical Analysis of Important Pathogen-Associated SCI Articles Based on Internet Database

目的:分析全球及我国病原微生物研究现状,明确我国的优势与不足。方法:通过美国《科学引文索引》(SCI)数据库检索统计70种重要病原微生物SCI文献的年度数量变化、主要国家或地区分布、主要研究机构。结果:中国在很多病原微生物研究领域与一些发达国家相比存在差距。结论:中国应通过增加科研投入、调整科研布局、完善基础设施等途径,提高病原微生物科研能力。

Objective：To have an overall review of world pathogens research status,find our country′s advantage and disadvantages.Methods：Searching and analyzing of the SCI articles by countries,years and institutes through internet database（http：//apps.isiknowledge.com）.Results：China still have gaps to some developed country in different pathogen research fields.Conclusion：To improve the pathogens research ability,China should increase the research budget,adjust the science and technology layout,strength the infrastructure building.
