彩色多普勒检测人造血管动静脉内瘘并发症的应用价值

Roles of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of complications for arterio-venous fistula following artificial graft

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在检测人造血管动静脉内瘘并发症中的应用价值。方法用彩色多普勒超声检测192例人造血管动静脉内瘘的功能。结果 192例人造血管动静脉内瘘中150例内瘘功能正常,42例出现不同并发症。结论彩色多普勒超声检测人造血管动静脉内瘘有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the roles of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of the complications correlated arterio-venous fistula by artificial graft Methods Color Doppler ultrasonography was used to examine 192 hemodialysis patients with arterio-venous fistula after artificial grafe and the results were retrospectively analyzed.Results Different complications correlated arterio-venous fistula wer detected in 42 cases and other 150 cases was normal.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound plays a very important role in the diagnosis of the complications for arterio-venous fistula following artificial graft.
