摘要 目的研究彩色多普勒血流特征对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法应用彩色多普勒血流显像观测50例乳腺癌的血流走行、分布特点。结果乳腺癌的血流总检出率为98.0%(49/50);周边血流检出率为61.2%(30/49)),内部血流流检出率28.6%(14/49);10.2%(5/49)的乳腺癌可探及穿入型血管。结论彩色多普勒血流显像可明确地显示乳腺癌血管的分类及分布特征,能提高乳腺癌诊断的准确性。 Objective To explore the value of color Doppler blood fLow(CDFI) characteristics in breast cancer.Methods CDFI characteristics were observed in 50 patients of breast cancer..Results The detection rate of flow signals was 98% in breast cancer.peripheral vascularity were 61.2%(30/49),central vascularity were 28.6%(14/49).penetrating vascular were 10.2%(5/49).Conclusion CDFI may assess the morphologic characteristics of breast cancer and can improve the accuracy rate of breast cancer
