摘要
文章针对一种简单结构的双横臂悬架,介绍了用迭代法计算该悬架侧倾中心高度的方法。对侧倾中心高度、车轮外倾角、侧倾力矩的力臂等参数在侧倾过程中的变化规律进行了研究。并分析了该悬架摆臂长度和摆臂轴位置对这些变化规律的影响。在轮距及车轮定位参数不变的情况下,探讨了摆臂长度和摆臂轴位置对侧倾中心高度及悬架抗侧倾能力的影响,并提出了提高悬架抗侧倾能力的若干方法。
Introduced in this paper is a method to calculate the roll center height with an iteration method for a double wishbone suspension with a simple structure.Research on the variation trends of roll center height,camber angle,and perpendicular distance from roll center to center of suspension mass during roll is carried out,and the combined influence of the arm length and the position of arm pitch points on these variation trends is analyzed.With the wheel base and wheel positioning parameters unchanged,an investigation is made into the influence of the arm length and the position of arm pitch points on the roll center height and anti roll ability of suspension,and some methods to increase the anti roll ability are brought out.
