摘要
目的:观察强脉冲光治疗雀斑的疗效。方法:应用光子治疗机,波长560 nm,治疗参数为脉冲数(2~3)、脉宽(2.0~7.0 ms)、延时(5~100 ms)、能量密度(10~48 J/cm2)。结果:经4~5次治疗后痊愈105例(80.7%);显效16例(12.3%);有效9例(6.9%)。结论:利用强脉冲光的选择性光热解作用,在不破坏正常组织的前提下,导致含色素的吞噬细胞选择性死亡,疗效显著,一般需要5~6次治疗,值得临床推广。
Objective:To observe the effect of freckles treated by intense pulsed light. Methods:Using the machine of intense pulsed light,Wavelength of 560 nm,treatment parameters for the pulses(2-3),width(2.0-7.0 ms),delay(5-100 ms),the energy density(J/cm2). Results:After 4-5 times treatments recovered in 105 cases(80.7%);markedly effective in 16 cases(12.3%);effective in 9 ca ses(6.9%). Conclusion:Using intense pulsed light of the role of selective phot othermolysis,without destruction of normal tissue,resulting in selective phago cytic cells containing pigment death,a significant effect,it normally takes 5-6 treatments and should be widely applied.
