摘要
目的单组份自酸蚀黏结剂ibond是最新一代牙科黏结剂,操作简便,为研究其黏结性能,将ibond与另2种牙本质黏结剂用于后牙Ⅱ类洞树脂充填,对其边缘封闭性进行比较。方法 31个新鲜离体磨牙随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组10颗牙,另取1颗作阳性对照。在近、远、中邻面制备Ⅱ类洞,近中洞龈壁位于牙釉质,远中洞龈壁位于釉牙本质界下方,A组用Single Bond NT全酸蚀黏结剂,B组用可乐丽菲露SE BOND自酸蚀黏结剂,C组用ibond自酸蚀黏结剂黏结,3组均用可乐丽菲露AP-X树脂充填,2%甲苯胺蓝染色,从充填体正中剖开牙齿,观察充填体边缘微渗漏情况。结果 3组牙近中洞龈壁均无微渗漏,远中洞龈壁AB组存在不同程度微渗漏,但2组间无显著性差异,C组仅2例存在微渗漏,与AB组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论自酸蚀黏结剂ibond可较好地避免边缘微渗漏。
Objective One-component self-etching adhesive ibond is the latest generation of dental adhesive that is easy to operate.The aim of this study is to compare the degrees of marginal microleakage and bonding properties by using ibond and other two dental adhesives in class Ⅱ cavity on molar.MethodsClass Ⅱ cavities were prepared in mesial and distal surface in each of the 31 recently extracted human molars.The gingival walls were at enamel in mesial cavities,or below the enamel-dentin border in distal cavities.Then the molars were randomly divided into three groups according to the type of adhesive with 10 teeth in each group,and one as control.In group A whole etching bonding adhesive Single Bond NT was used,while in group B self-etching adhesive Clearfil was usded,in group C self-etching adhesive ibond was used.All cavities were filled with Clearfil AP-X resin.The teeth were immersed in 2% Toluidine blue solution.At last all teeth were sectioned through the midline of the restoration and observed under stereomicroscope.ResultsThere were no microleakages in mesial cavities.And in gingival walls of distal cavities,microleakage occurred in all teeth of A and B groups,while the microleakage occurred in only two teeth of group C,showing significant difference(P0.05) compared with A and B group.ConclusionSelf-etching adhesive system ibond can avoid microleakage in most of the cases.
