摘要
生物补片(biological mesh)是天然真皮的脱细胞基质经过冷冻干燥形成的三维支架结构。作为生物工程支架可通过空间诱导和组织替代作用修复组织缺损。由于其来源于正常人体组织,具有良好的组织相容性,现已广泛地应用于临床各科的创伤修复。文中对近年来生物补片在外科领域的应用研究进展作一综述。
Biological mesh is a kind of 3D porous decellular dermal scafold formed by lyophilization.It has the main component of nature dermis.As a new biomaterial scafold,AMGs is used to repair the tissue defect for its outstanding biocompatibility.With the great effect of tissue guided regeneration and tissue substitution,AMGs has been widely accepted by many surgeons.
