从理论和实际两个方面阐述了快恢复二极管在功率晶体管保护电路和直流电动机续流电路中的应用。
This paper describes the application of fast recovery diodes in GTR protective circuits and DC motor circuits as free wheeling diodes.And the model selection method for fast recovery diodes in practical application is also introduced
