摘要
以塔带机的重要结构件起重臂为例,采用多体系统动力学简化原理建立相应的有限元计算模型,校核分析了三种典型工况下起重臂刚度,并基于结构模态分析理论,采用分块兰索斯算法提取起重臂前6阶模态,获得了其共振频率及振型。研究结果对认识起重臂架结构特性、改进和提高臂架的稳定性设计及设备的高效、安全运行提供了理论依据。
Taking the elevator boom of tower belt crane for an example, multi-body system simplified principle of dynamics is applied to establish FEM modal and the stiffness of the elevator boom is checked under three typical working conditions. Additionally, the Block Lanczos algorithm is used to get the sixth order frequencies and modal shape of the elevator boom on the basis of structural modal theory. The research results provide theoretical support for realizing structural property of elevator boom, improving its stability design, and ensuring device reliable operation.
