摘要
针对三峡电厂21F机组运行时的噪声和振动问题,分别测量和分析了机组的噪声、振动及水压脉动情况。结果表明,涡壳进入门处86.5Hz的噪声来源于导叶相对开度为70%~77%时的流体绕流,与机组振动无关。水车室53.55、35.70、17.85Hz的噪声主要来源于旋转的转轮与水流的相互作用及各叶片通道流体的不均匀。
Aiming at the problem of noise and vibration in unit 2iF of Three Gorges power plant, the noise, vibration and water pressure pulsation are measured and analyzed. The results show that the noise frequency 86.5 Hz of the spiral case inlet is caused by the flow around with relative opening of guide vane during 70%-77% while it is not associated with the unit vibration; the noise frequency 53.55 Hz, 35.70 Hz and 17.85 Hz of the waterwheel room are mainly a- roused by the interaction between runner and water flow and the non-uniform flow among turbine blades.
