摘要
针对黄河下游枯水情况,研究和开发了黄河小浪底以下河段水资源实时调控决策支持系统,介绍了系统总体结构、数据库建立和数据管理、模型库、基于GIS的空间分析、调配流程开发等。通过水库调度、河段配水和流量控制等调控,实现了多时间步长调配嵌套和滚动修正的黄河下游水资源实时调控,同时根据不同季节水量调度特点,调配流程耦合了不同调度季节所需的数据库、模型库,开发了四季水量调度控制流程。实例结果表明,该系统简便、快捷、实时、高效。
According to the dry runoff condition, real-time water resources operation control decision support system for lower reaches of Xiaolangdi in Yellow River is studied and developed. This paper presents the system framework, models, database, space analysis based on GIS and the operation flow chart of the DSS. Real-time operation and control of water resources for lower reaches of Yellow River with multiple time-step operation coupling and rolling amendment is achieved by reservoir dispatching, segment allocation and flow adjustment. At the same time, considering the characteristics of water dispatching for each season and combining needed database and model, four operation flowcharts for spring, summer, autumn and winter are developed, respectively. The results show that the developed system is simple and effec- tive.
