针对电网信息化建设中网络安全问题,以农七师电力公司为例,分析了电网信息化建设现状,基于调度自动化系统的安全性、可靠性、实时性、保密性等特殊要求,构建了电力调度自动化安全体系构架,提出了建立调度自动化系统的安全防护体系及技术、管理防范措施,以确保电网调度自动化系统安全、可靠运行。
