摘要
考虑网络不确定性与市场力环境下建立了集中调度型电力市场模型,并与单结算节点模型进行对比,分析了双结算系统对远期合约市场的促进作用,探讨了双结算系统产生的社会福利及其相关启示。结果表明,双结算系统产生的社会福利受重要线路输电容量降低等网络事故发生概率的影响很大。
The centralized dispatch-type markets model is established by considering the presence of network uncertainty and market power. Through comparison of slngle-settlement nodal model, the promotion of two-settlement systems to forward contract market is analyzed and the social welfare and distributional implications are discussed. The results show that the social welfare impacts of two-settlement systems are highly sensitive to the probability, which network contingency reduces the transmission capacity of an important line in the network.
