摘要
为满足节能减排和供电安全可靠的需求,构建了计及排放约束和输电约束的电力市场竞争模型,研究了双重约束条件下电力市场的均衡问题,分析了策略性发电方的博弈行为,利用耦合制约博弈的分析方法,并采用处罚函数,将具有限制条件的均衡问题转化为带有处罚函数的无约束均衡问题,分析求解电力市场的纳什均衡解,并通过算例进行了验证。结果表明,该模型合理、有效。
The mathematical model of electricity market equilibrium considering emissions and transmission con- straints is established to meet demand of energy saving and emissions reduction and power supply reliability. The electricity market equilibrium with double constraints is studied and game playing of strategic generators is analyzed. Then coupled constraints game is used to analyze market equilibrium. Finally, the constrained equilibrium problem can be converted to unconstrained equilibrium problem with penalty functions for solution the Nash equilibrium in electricity market. Numerical example verifies that the model is reasonable and effective.
