摘要
目的:分析护理干预措施的实施对高血压患者治疗效果及护理满意度的影响.方法:将在我院心内科2009年1月~2010年1月56例原发性高血压患者按照随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组两组各28例,比较两组的血压情况及患者对护理服务的满意度.结果:观察组对护理服务的满意度达到96.4%,明显高于对照组的75.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理干预后,干预组的收缩压和舒张压与对照组比较差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:原发性高血压患者给予系列的护理干预措施后治疗效果好,且能明显提高护理质量与护理服务的满意度.
Objective: To analyze the implementation of nursing intervention in patients with hypertension treatment and the impact of nursing satisfaction. Methods: Cardiology in our hospital from January 2009 - January 2010 in accordance with 56 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into intervention group and control group 28 cases, and blood pressure groups were compared patient care satisfaction. Results:The observation group satisfaction with nursing services 96.4 %, significantly higher than the 75.0 % difference between two groups was statistically significant (P 〈0.05), nursing intervention, the intervention group and the SBP and DBP significant difference between the control group,was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Patients with essential hypertension care interventions given to the series after the treatment is good,and can significantly improve quality of care and nursing satisfaction.
