目的：探讨15例肘关节陈旧性损伤患者,在行肘关节粘连松解术配合可活动铰链外固定架术后行早期、积极的康复护理.方法：制定并实施具体的康复护理程序.结果：术后病人康复效果满意.结论：肘关节陈旧性损伤患者,通过护士积极正确的康复指导,减少局部血肿异位骨化形成以及改善肌力,增加了肘关节的功能活动,可恢复日常生活.
