目的：探讨观察及护理在肺结核并发大量咳血中的作用.方法：现察及护理应用于肺结核并发大咳血病人的咳血早期,咳血期、恢复期.通过各期的现察及护理,观察其对肺结核并发大量咳血病人的影响.结果：通过观察及护理缩短了咳血时间,减轻了患者痛苦,挽救了患者生命,降低了死亡率.结论：通过观察护理,对肺结核并发大咳血患者抢救中有重要作用.
