目的：探讨超声对腹水的诊断与鉴别诊断价值.方法：对162例经B超诊断的腹水患者的超声声像图表现进行分析.结果：初步了解腹水性质及来源,为临床提供诊断依据.结论：超声检查成为腹水患者无创性检查和诊断的首选方法.
