50例腰椎间盘突出症的围手术期护理干预效果观察

目的：探讨腰椎间盘突出症的护理干预效果.方法：100例腰椎间盘突出症患者根据护理方法不同随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组行常规护理,干预组给予围手术期的护理干预,比较两组的手术疗效及护理观察指标的变化情况.结果：护理干预组的有效率为94%,明显高于对照组的有效率.且干预组的护理满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）.两组手术疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.经过有效的围手术期护理,与对照组比较,护理干预组的平均手术时间明显缩短,平均术中出血量明显减少,平均住院时间明显缩短（P〈0.05）.结论：通过围手术期有效的护理干预,提高了手术疗效,缩短了手术时间,减少了术中出血量,提高了护理工作的满意度,促进了患者的早日康复.

Objective：Discussion waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness nursing intervention effect. Methods： 100 example waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness patient different divides into the intervention group and the control group stochastically according to the nursing method,control group good convention nursing, the intervention group gives encircles the surgery time the nursing intervention, compared with two group of surgery curative effects and nursing observation target change situation. Results： Nursing intervention group＇s effectiveness is 94%,is higher than the control group obviously effectiveness. Also the intervention group＇s nursing degree of satisfaction is higher than the control group obviously （P〈0. 05）. Two group of surgery curative effect comparison,the difference has statistics significance （P〈0. 05）. After effective encircles surgery time nursing, compares with the control group, the nursing intervention group＇s average surgery time reduces obviously,in the average technique bleeds the quantity to reduce obviously, the average in hospital time reduces obviously （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Through encircles the surgery time effective nursing intervention, enhanced the surgery curative effect, reduced the surgery time, reduced in the technique to bleed the quantity,enhanced the nursing work degree of satisfaction,promoted the patient soon the recovery.
