摘要
提出了自动测试系统激励源的任意波发生器VXI模块的设计构成及其工作原理．主要的逻辑电路均采用CPLD集成，并通过了仿真验证．
The construction and design of module of VXIbus arbitraty waveform synthesizeris introduced, as well as its operation method and integration way. The mainly digital log-ic-circuit is integrated by CPLD.
