肱骨干中下1/3骨折手术入路及疗效分析

目的：回顾性比较肱骨干中下1/3骨折不同入路的临床疗效,以期对肱骨干中下1/3骨折治疗有所帮助.方法：对68例患者进行描述分析,采用SPSS14.5软件进行统计分析.结果：所有病例均获6～22月随访,两种手术入路治疗后,患者骨折愈合率、骨折愈合时间、肘关节功能比较无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论：两种手术入路治疗在临床实践中取决于医师的解剖入路熟练度及习惯.
