铝碳酸镁与莫沙比利联合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎临床效果观察

目的：探讨铝碳酸镁与莫沙比利联合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎（BRG）的临床效果.方法：选择80例BRG病人,随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,治疗组联合应用铝碳酸镁与莫沙比利,对照组仅用莫沙比利,比较两组疗效和不良反应.结果：治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组总有效率为70%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组不良反应比较差异不显著（P〈0.05）.结论：铝碳酸镁与莫沙比利联合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎效果显著,值得在临床推广应用.

Objective： Discussion aluminum magnesium carbonate and not sand billy union treatment bile regurgitation gastritis （BRG） clinical effect. Methods：Chooses 80 example BRG patient, divides into the treatment group 40 examples and the control group 40 examples stochastically, the treatment group unites the application aluminum magnesium carbonate with not the sand billy, the control group only uses not the sand billy, and responded not good compared with two groups of curative effects. Results：Treatment group total effectiveness is 87.5 %, control group total effectiveness is 70%, the difference has statistics significance （P〈0.05）; Two groups respond the comparison difference not good not not obviously （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The aluminum magnesium carbonate is not remarkable with the sand billy union treatment bile regurgitation gastritis effeet,is worth in the clinical promoted appli- cation.
