摘要
目的：探讨多发性损伤的临床救治.方法：回顾性分析97例多发伤患者的临床救治效果,及术后观察方法.结果：本组97例患者中,治愈83例（85.6%）,死亡5例（5.2%）,出现后遗症或生活不能自理者2例（9.2%）.结论：在多发伤的临床救治中,加强患者体征监控与疗效观察,不但可以有效预防并发症的发生,而且有利于提高治愈率.
Objective： Clinical treatment of multiple injuries. Methods：Retrospective analysis of 97 cases of complex effects of clinical treatment of trauma patients, and postoperative methods. Results.. 97 patients in this group of patients, 83 patients were cured （85.6%） ,and 5 died （5.2%） ,there can not take care of themselves or life sequelae in 2 cases （9.2%）. Conelusion： In the clinical treatment of multiple injuries, the strengthening of monitoring and observation in patients with signs, not only can prevent complications, but also help improve the cure rate.
