目的：观察CT导引下臭氧联合胶原酶及针灸推拿中药综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效.方法：在CT导引下对腰椎间盘突出症患者行后路途径穿刺,采用盘内、外联合注射及针灸推拿综合治疗椎间盘突出症.结果：共治疗209例,其中应用臭氧加胶原酶治疗109例,针灸推拿综合治疗100例,近期临床疗效显著,臭氧加胶原酶组优75例,良28例,可6例,差1例;针推组优45例,良38例,可10例,差7例.结论：臭氧加胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症优良率较针推组高,是一种有效、安全、可靠的方法.
