摘要
通过PCBN刀具切削淬硬轴承钢GCr15的试验研究,讨论了切削速度、进给量和背吃刀量三要素对表面粗糙度、表面硬度、硬化层深度、残余应力等表面完整性因素的影响规律,从而得出了使用PCBN刀具实施以车代磨的可行性结论.
Through the experiment of cutting quench bearing steel Wth PCBN cutter, the ruleof cutting force, feed and back engagement of the cutting edge affecting the suffoce roughness,hardness, the depth of harden layer, remain stress and other surface inteirity factors are discussed.Accordingly the feasibility of turning -replace-milling using PCBN cutter is obtained.
