目的：总结急性心肌梗死患者的护理方法和护理效果,以期为临床护理心肌梗死患者提供有效的方法.方法：对在本院心内科住院治疗的66例急性心肌梗死患者的护理方法和护理效果进行回顾性分析.结果：66例患者中54例经过保守治疗或溶栓和有效的护理痊愈出院,10例好转出院,2例死于心脏衰竭.结论：对急性心肌梗死患者早期积极治疗并给予针对性的护理配合,可及时发现并纠正致命性心律失常等并发症,减少急性心肌梗死病死率,提高抢救成功率及生存质量.
