摘要
针对最小极限背吃刀量的理论分析问题，对切屑折断曲线进行了系统分析，建立了三维切削横向卷曲截面参数的理论公式；推导了最小极限背吃刀量理论计算公式，并通过迭代计算得出近似的CD部分曲线，求导后得出最小极限背吃刀量，与实验结果符合很好．
To counter the theoretic analysis of the drinimum limit back engagement, thechip - breaking lindt curve is analyzed systematically and the theoretical computation formula of the3D side-curling diip section parameters was constructed in this paper, on the basis of which thedrinimum lindt back engagement is theoretically analyzed and the theoretic computation formulahas been deduced. Compared with the experiment results, the consistence is pretty good.
