糖尿病患者的心理分析与护理

目的：探讨糖尿病患者的心理特点和护理应对措施.方法：选择我院糖尿病患者130例和健康体检者130例,采用SCL-90症状自评量表对两组进行评定,以5级评分为调查标准,对结果进行比较.结果：SCL总得分为对照组和观察组分为别为（54.61±3.12）、（90.22±6.31）.两组比较有统计学差异（P〈0.01）.结论：认真分析和了解糖尿病患者的心理反应,做好护理干预措施,可使患者积极配合治疗,控制血糖,改善其抑郁、焦虑状态,明显提高了生命质量.
