摘要
依据模拟压铸铝合金模具的工作条件,研究了压铸模具钢H13的热疲劳裂纹的扩展规律.试验结果表明:在本试验条件下,热循环至430周时形成第一条热疲劳裂纹,随后热疲劳裂纹迅速扩展,当最大裂纹长度达到1.78mm时,热疲劳裂纹长度与热循环周次呈线性关系.
The propagation rules of hot fatigue of H13 used for die casting dies were studiedthrough simulating the work conditions of die casting dies. The experimental results showed thatthe first hot fatigue cracked when the number of cycles was 430 under this experimenta1 condi-tions, and then the hot fatigue cracks developed rapiop. When the maximum crack length became1.78 mm, it had liner relation with the number of cycles.
