目的：针对呃逆用针灸治疗顽固性呃逆的疗效.方法：共76例患者治疗组采用针灸经络配穴,并加以补泻手法;对照组用中药汤剂治疗.结果：通过辨证施治,针灸调和阴阳,扶正祛邪,疏通经络,解除病因,停止呃逆,且未复发.结论：针灸治疗顽固性呃逆有显著的疗效.
