水针刀联合三氧术治疗腰椎间盘突出症120例

目的：研究三氧消融术与水针刀疗法联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果.方法：120病人均盘内注射三氧,同时在椎旁结节、条索等痛点做水针治疗,通过3个月、6个月的随访,用改良的Macnab疗效评定标准,评定其疗效.结果：显效40例,有效78例,无效2例,有效率达98%.结论：三氧消融术与水针刀疗法联台治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种安全、有效的方法,具有广阔的临床推广应用前景.

Objetive：To Investigate the effectof treatment Of lunber disc herniations（LDH, using ozone combined with needle knife. Methods：Sixty Patients with clinically diagnosed LDH were treated With the iniection of ozone and needle knife. All padents were flfllow--up for 3 months and 6 months,respectively. The effects were evaluated by the improved method of Macnab. Results： The significant therapeutic effect was 40 cases,the common effect in 78 cases,and failed in2, so that the total effective rate achieved to 98% ,Conhlsion：The combination of the injeedon of cxone and needle knife is a safe and effetive method for treating LDH. The method should find appheatlon in a wide range of clinical treatments.
