高温发泡用酚醛树脂增稠机理及固化行为研究

摘要 以弱酸性盐催化体系,加入一定量的合羧基化合物,合成了适于高温发泡的酚醛树脂.利用红外分析技术及Brabender转矩流变仪等方法研究了树脂的增稠体系、增稠机理及固化行为.结果表明:采用弱酸性增稠体系(B2O3/ZnO,即B2O3与ZnO的质量比为4:1时)的增稠效果最佳,它是通过与树脂分子间形成共价键和配位键使体系粘度增大的,该体系对树脂固化有促进作用. Phenolic resins foaming on high-temperature were condensated by weak acidic saltcatalyst and adding carboxylic compound. The thickening system, thickening mechanism andcuring behaviour had been studied by infra red spectrum anylysis and Brabender plaste-corderrheometers. The results show that the best thickening effect can be obtained when the thickeningsystem of B2O3/ZnO is adopted, of which the mass ratio is 4:1, and which has promotive effecton curing of phenolip resin.
