算盘康复技术在脑卒中急性期上肢功能康复中的应用

目的：探讨算盘技术在脑卒中早期上肢功能康复中的应用效果.方法：选符合诊断标准和纳入标准的初发脑卒中患者100例,设治疗组与对照组,按入院先后顺序采用数字表法随机分配到两组,两组均使用常规临床治疗和护理,治疗组除常规治疗外,加用算盘治疗,疗程三个月,入组时、治疗1个月末、治疗3个月末分别进行Brunnstrom评分.结果：两组治疗前后Brunnstrom分级比较有明显差异,治疗组治疗后疗效明显优于对照组治疗后（p＜0.001）.结论：算盘康复技术能改善脑卒中急性期患者上肢功能,操作方法简单易学,依从性好,安全.

Methods：Elects to conform to the diagnosis standard and to integrate the standard to start the apoplexy patient 100 examples,supposes the treatment group and the control group, in turn uses the tables law random distribution successively according to in hospital to two groups, two groups use the conventional clinical treatment and nursing, the treatment group besides the conventional treatment, adds with the abacus treatment, the treatment course three months,enters when the group, treats for 1 end of the month, treats for 3 ends of the month to carry on the Brunnstrom grading separately. Results： Around two groups treat the Brunnstrom graduation comparison to have the obvious difference,after the treatment group treat the curative effect to surpass the control group to treat （p〈0. 001= obviously. Conclusion：The abacus recovery technology can improve the apoplexy acute stage patient upper limb function simply,the operating procedure easy to study,the compliance is good,safe.
