护理差错是护理质量形成过程中的一种失控现象,是质量管理缺陷造成的[1].笔者通过对95例差错的分析,查找差错发生原因,探索护理管理对策,对减少差错起到了积极地遏制作用.从加大管理力度,提高管理含金量做起：提出＂以规章制度为根本,为病人安危保驾护航＂的要求,实行护理质量一票否决项;护理不良事件上报表及护理质量研讨会;按职称分级讲课,提高各级专科水平及应急能力;加强自我监控及护士长五查五把关,注重每个环节及终末质量检查;注重有意注意力,变被动为主动,不断提高＂慎独＂意识,增强法律观念等措施,对提高群体质量意识及护理质量起督促作用,有效保证了护理质量的不断提高.均能将差错遏制在萌芽之中,让病人与自己处于安全范围之内.
