当前全社会越来越多的开始重视女职工的健康问题,有数据显示,当前的女职工健康问题非常突出,主要是工作和生活环境发生了很大的变化,加上饮食和作息的习惯.造成了此种情况,目的了解女职工的身体健康状况,通过分析与比较,从而得出其健康状况,并进一步的分析初期和潜在疾病的发生情况,为指导女职工预防保健工作提供科学依据.方法：按照〈全国职工体检标准〉,对1200名女生进行体检结果进行统计分析.结果：共检查出30种病次,患病学生共878人次.结论：应加强女职工视力、颈椎、腰椎保护、注意个人卫生、加强锻炼、合理饮食、克服不良生活方式是当前女职工卫生保健工作的重点.

Created this kind of situation, the goal had understood working woman＇s health condition, through analyzed and compares, thus obtained its state of health, and the further analysis initial period and the latent dis- ease occurrence situation, for instructed the working woman to prevent the public health work to provide the scientific basis. Meth- ods： According to ＂National Staff Physical examination Standard＂ ,carries on the physical examination result to 1200 female students to carry on the statistical analysis. Results：Altogether inspects 30 kind of sickness times,is sick the student altogether 878 people. Conclusion：Should strengthen the working woman vision, the cervical vertebra, the lumbar vertebra protection, pays attention to the personal hygiene,the enhancement exercise,the reasonable diet,the victory not good life style is the current working woman medical care work key point.
