小儿肺部球形病变示一种常见的基本病变之一,它包括多种疾病,但由于在X线片上有类似表现,鉴别诊断上有一定的难度.笔者总结了近年来确诊的250例作一分析.其中除了感染性疾病多见外,其次以先天性疾病鉴别诊断较难.本文着重介绍了各种先天性肺囊肿疾病、儿童肺结核、支气管扩张症、寄生虫病等的X线表现特点.笔者最后提出除正侧位胸片外,少数复杂病例尚需加做CT,MRI或支气管碘油造影,以便及时明确诊断,争取早治疗早康复.

The young child lungs sphere pathological change shows one of one kind of common basic pathological changes,it ineluding many kinds of diseases,but because has the similar performance on X piece,in the distinction diagnosis has certain difficulty. The author summarized 250 examples which the recent years diagnosed to make an analysis. In which looks on as an outsider except the infectious disease,next distinguishes the diagnosis by the congenital disease to be difficult. This article emphatically introduced each kind of congenital pulmonary cyst disease,child pulmonary tuberculosis, the bronchiectasis sickness, parasitic disease and so on X performance characteristic. The author finally proposed besides the side position sternum,the minority complex case of illness still had to add makes CT,MRI or the bronchial tube idodine oil radiography,in order to be clear about the diagnosis promptly,strove for treats early is restored to health early.
