摘要
分析了我国图书馆员继续教育的现状，论述了图书馆员继续教育的必要性，提出了具体实施中应该注意的问题和方法．
The present status of continuous education of librarianship in our country wasanalysed, and necessity of continuous education in library was described. The questions and meth-ods that ought to be noticed in the work when put into effect are put forward.
