摘要
综合运用田口(三次设计)方法和基于数学规划的优化设计方法的优点,以提高设计结果的生产再现性为目的,提出了一种机械系统面向制造过程的稳健优化设计方法。系统介绍了稳健优化设计的设计变量选取策略、标征动态质量特性的目标函数通用表达式和约束处理策略。
By synthesizing the advantages of Taguchi Method and mathematical programming-based optimal design methods, this paper puts forward a manufacturing process-oriented moderate optimal design method in machinery system with the objective of improving the re-productivity of design results. It systematically introduces the selecting strategies for the design variables, for the general formulas of the objective function showing dynamic quality peculiarity and for the processing of constraints, and reaches some useful results.
