骨创伤治疗仪对骨折后软组织肿胀的实践与探讨

目的：探讨HP4002型电脑骨创伤治疗仪治疗下肢骨折部位软组织肿胀的疗效.方法：将入院治疗的120例骨折后肢体肿胀患者随机分成A、B二组,每组60例,二组实验时间均为一周,每日一次,每次一小时,操作时二组均抬高患肢20-30度,在伤后8-10h内,A组采用可产生脉冲磁场HP4002型骨创伤治疗仪治疗;B组将β-七叶皂20mg溶于5%GS250ml静脉滴注.结果：骨创伤治疗仪治疗骨折部位软组织肿胀具有良好的效果,方便,安全可靠,无副作用.结论：骨创伤治疗仪具有明显抗渗出,消水肿等作用,治疗骨折后肢体肿胀明显优于β-七叶皂苷钠.
