75例胫骨平台骨折的分型及治疗分析

目的：探讨胫骨平台骨折的分型及手术治疗经验与体会.方法：总结分析我院2006年5月-2009年5月收治的75例胫骨平台骨折患者的临床资料.结果：根据Rasmussen膝关节功能评价标准来评价疗效,随访3个月～6年,优45例,良15例,中5例,差8例,优良率为89.3%.结论：胫骨平台骨折的治疗根据骨折的类型积极采用手术治疗,严格掌握手术指征,选择合理的手术方法,才能取得满意疗效.
