经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的护理体会

摘要 目的:探讨经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的效果及护理.方法:对85例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者,在C臂X线机监视下,经皮向病变的椎体内注射骨水泥,同时做好手术并发症的观察和护理.结果:85例患者临床症状明显改善,有效率达100%,没有出现肺栓塞、骨髓压迫、神经根受损并发症.结论:骨水泥成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折是一种安全、有效的方法,护理应重视患者并发症的观察. Objective: Discussion after skin centrum forming technique treatment ossein loose centrum compressibility bone fracture effect and nursing. Methods:To 85 example ossein loose centrum compressibility bone fracture patient, under the C arm X machine surveillance,injects the bone cement after the skin to in the pathological change centrum, simultaneously completes the surgery complication the observation and nursing. Results: 85 example patient clinical symptom distinct improvement, effectiveness reaches 100% ,has not had the pulmonary embolism, the marrow oppression, the nerve root damage complication. Conclusion: The bone cement forming technique treatment ossein loose centrum compressibility bone fracture is one kind of security, the effective method, nursing should take the oatient complication the observation.
