经输卵管疏通术后再阻塞采取相应措施预防探讨

目的：研究分析经输卵管疏通术后再阻塞采取相应措施预防的效果.方法：对我院所收治的28例患者（A组）,经输卵管疏通术过程中加用透明质酸钠,在其术后行输卵管通液术与经盆腔炎治疗仪进行热疗治疗来预防术后的再阻塞与再粘连.另选择28例患者（B组）均单纯行手术治疗.结果：对于经输卵管疏通术中加用透明质酸钠,术后行输卵管通液术与盆腔炎治疗仪热疗的A组患者,同单纯行手术治疗的B组患者相比,A组要比B组的术后妊娠率高,且术后发生再阻塞率相对较低（P〈0.05）.结论：经输卵管疏通术后再阻塞采取输卵管通液术与经盆腔炎治疗仪热疗的效果良好,值得临床予以推广使用.

Chooses 28 example patients （B group） the pure good surgery to treat in addition. Results：Regarding passes through in the oviduct opening technique to add with the hyaluric acid sodium, the technique next oviduct passes A group of patients who the fluid technique and the pelvic inflammatory disease treat the meter thermotherapy, treats 13 group of patients with the pure good surgery to compare, after A group must the rate of pregnancy be higher than B group of techniques, after also the technique occurs blocks again rate relatively low （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Blocks again after the oviduct opening technique adopts the oviduct to pass the fluid technique with to treat the meter thermotherapy after the pelvic inflammatory disease the effect to be good,is worth promoting the use clinically.
